The Committee on Ethics and Bylaws helps ensure that ASDA’s ethical standards and governing documents remain current, relevant, and aligned with the Society’s mission and purpose. The Committee develops and reviews proposed changes to the Code of Ethics and Bylaws, provides guidance on ethical and professional issues, and offers advisory opinions on the interpretation of ASDA’s Code of Ethics. The Committee also supports component societies by providing guidance on ethical and professional matters and conducts a comprehensive review of the Bylaws every five years.
