The Committee on Legislation monitors legislative and regulatory activities that impact dental anesthesiology and advocates for safe, reasonable, and accessible anesthesia care in dental offices. The Committee reviews state regulations, nationally recognized guidelines, and standards of care to identify best practices and benchmarks for model legislation. The Committee uses this information to develop and maintain resources that support ASDA members and state dental boards in their efforts to advance safe anesthesia care.
