The Committee on Nominations oversees ASDA’s nomination process for elected officers and directors. The Committee reviews nominations to ensure candidates meet the requirements outlined in the ASDA Bylaws, considers all eligible candidates, and selects a nominee for each open position. The Committee is composed of the President-Elect, Immediate Past President, and five members-at-large who are elected annually by the ASDA General Assembly. The Committee presents its recommendations for each open position to the General Assembly through the Board of Directors.
