Cancellation policy: Full refund if written notice is received by February 15, 2027. Partial refund (less a $50 administrative fee) if written notice is received by March 20, 2027.
No refunds after March 21, 2027.
Advanced registration for in-person attendance required. Due to capacity limitations, we are unable to accept on-site registration. Once the Scientific Session has reached capacity for the venue, in-person registration will close, virtual registration however will remain open through April 6, 2027.
